another blog just so people can have something to comment on

ok mark, here is another blog so that you can have something new, exciting and thrilling to read. to bad the most thrilling thing that has happened this week is the unveiling of the mysterious "didier". i had guessed tyler way back in the day but i don't remember if it was laura or derek that told me that it wasn't him. that's why i was so confused. anyhoo...i hope you had a happy birthday didier! and why did the french give you away? or were you being silly? do you speak french or something? are you part french? i don't know you well enough i guess.

well another exciting thing that happened this week was volunteering at the middle school in dallas. i'm gonna be there every tuesday and thursday from 4th period on. i had so much fun
:-D i'm gonna like being a middle school math teacher! i can't wait. *sigh* one more year...

besides that the only other "news" for this week is being sick :-P i ache from head to toe - literally. should i still go down to eugene today? i haven't seen ted and brandi since my birthday...and we were all gonna go out tonight. i don't know. i called in sick to work...i'm not gonna have the energy to keep up with the kids, especially in the pool. and they don't need to get what ever i have. i know mark would come up here instead and make me soup and watch movies with me. torn.

Finally 21!

So Monday was the day when that red date on my drivers license was no longer confining. I love looking at it and knowing that it is no longer a date that I have to wait for, because it is already past! Wooohooo!

So the day itself was quite normal. I got a few happy birthday wishes from the few people here at school that actually knew about the big day. Then my closest friends came over and we went out to dinner. I had been asking around to find out what some of the good bars were, and The Ram kept coming up. We ended up going there and had a blast. I don't think I could go back very often though cuz it was a bit spendy. I felt bad that people had to spend so much on account of me :-S

So my first drink was The Hummper. They were teasing me that a Blow Job and then a Screaming Orgasm should come next :-P I ended up having some sort of berry drink next, followed by the most entertaining part of the evening! Wow, lets just say that making Mark uncomfortable is so funny (sorry dude). Great idea Brandi! A few shots followed thanks to Ted D. Some were good, some were ok, and some I would never do w/o drinking something first.

It was a great time to just chill with my best buds. Ted P was finally able to make an appearance around midnight, and by that time we were winding down. At the end of the evening I was pretty dizzy, but still had my wits about me. Mark and I discussed some calculus problems that I was stuck on during the ride home, and I slept soundly.

The next morning I was ever so slightly dizzy, so I took an aspirin and drank a lot of water before heading off to class. I was so tired from not getting enough sleep that I was trying to talk myself out of going to class the whole way there. But it didn't' work so well ;-)

new blog

So it's about time for a new blog entry. It's been almost a month. I really don't have much to say. School is going good. I actually don't have anything that is due tomorrow :-D even though there are half a dozen things that I know I should work on... but hey. Yeah, I'm lonely and bored. Is there ever a balance? During spring break I was around people constantly. I was needing some alone time by the end of the week. Now I have way too much alone time...There are people I could call and go hang out with, but I would feel guilty cuz I know there are tons of things that I SHOULD be doing. So maybe I should just quit whining and go do them!
