Another cool link

Well I seam to be on this "cool link" track, so here is yet another one! This is one of Mark's favorite places to go. They have some really hilarious video clips. Watch out for some clips though - there is porn on there. You don't see anything unless you click on it though so don't worry :-)

California 2004

The following pictures are from a trip Mark and I took to Southern California for a week and a half. We first stopped off in Klamath Falls for a few days and stayed with my family. Mark had never been to Crater Lake so we did a day trip there. If you have never been it is totally a must see. Talk about natural beauty!

When we were in Klamath we found out that Mark's friends who we were going to stay with weren't expecting us until the weekend, so at the 99th hour we had to find a place to stay in LA. Fortunately I'm related to half the people there so it was no problem. We ended up staying with my great uncle and aunt. They are so awesome! My Tia Lupe (my aunt) would make these amazing breakfasts that would fill you up for the rest of the day.

While we were in LA we went to Six Flags. I had never been on a roller coaster before. It was the perfect combination of "this is really fun!" and "I'm going to die!". As you can see from the pictures there is also a petting zoo there. It seamed a bit out of place, but we had fun anyway.

So after Six Flags we visited some friends of mine that go to Azusa Pacific in Azusa California. We went out to dinner and got to hang some that evening. Then it was off to Mark and Luana's for the remainder of the trip. So many more stories and pictures I could show you all of that part of the trip. But I think there are enough for now ;-) But we hope to go back for spring break! More adventures ahead:-)

On the Drive Down to Klamath Falls - note the four birds in the picture that are almost perfectly centered and symetrical. The photo was taken from the car while we were driving!  Posted by Hello

Lewis River Hike - Late Summer 2003

All of the following photos are from a little day hike the Teds and I went on in the summer of 2003. Lewis River is somewhere near/in Washington. I wish that we would have brought bathing suits or something (hiking in wet clothes didn't sound like all that much fun) because there were tons of places that were perfect for swimming. The three waterfalls were awesome. There are pictures of them below. The middle one was my favorite. You could get really close to the falls and look down at them. That's where Ted had most of me hanging off the edge ;-) The place where I found my frog was really cool too. The rocky side had a bunch of moss and plants just hanging down and it looked like the rocks were crying because there was water just seeping right through. I sure hope that we can go back this summer!

I found a frog friend!  Posted by Hello

I was trying to see if my frog friend would turn into a prince. He stayed a frog :-( Posted by Hello

The third waterfall on the river. This one we coudn't get as close to as the other ones. But it was still pretty cool. Posted by Hello

The second Lewis River water fall with me and Ted looking on. It was really cool to be up that close. Posted by Hello
